Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days for DTF, 7–10 business days for screen printing, and 7–14 business days for embroidery (depending on complexity). Rush options are available — just let us know your deadline when you request a quote.
DTF printing has no minimum — you can order a single piece. Screen printing minimum is 12 pieces per design. Embroidery is available in any quantity.
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) for best results at any size. We also accept high-resolution PNG or JPG files (300 DPI or higher). If you only have a low-resolution logo, contact us — we may be able to help recreate it as a vector.
We supply blank garments from quality brands including Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Port & Company, and others. Garment cost is included in your quote. We also accept customer-supplied blanks — just note that we can't guarantee results on all fabric types.
Yes — we send a digital mockup for approval before production begins on every order. We don't start printing until you've confirmed you're happy with how it looks.
